Hello CanCan, the four shelfs in the freezer shelves are WPW10318948 Per factory shelf measures 13.07" x 12.2", WPW10318947 Per factory, shelf measures 14.96 by 13.70 inches, WPW10318961 Per factory shelf measures 11.49 by 13.70 inches, and W10318945 Freezer wire shelf. 13-3/4 by 17-1/2 inches. Hello Jackie, Press the OPTIONS button to enter Options mode. The words “Ice Maker” will illuminate. Then press TEMP to toggle between “Ice Maker” and “Ice Maker Off.” When the ice maker is turned off, “Ice Maker Off” will illuminate.
