Hi Glo, this unit does not have a surrounding cabinet requirement and will be fine on its own. Just be sure that the side on the sidewall has at least 1/2" space as well as enough room at the back for the water line. We hope this helps!

Hi! This unit is not a ductless unit. It will accommodate either a rectangular or circular duct, however, this unit can also be installed as a recirculating vent. If, you chose to use the recirculating vent install you will need the Charcoal Filter Kit, That part number is W10905734. What is the main difference between this and the model WDT750SAKZ?
Hi Fgomes, the WDT970SAKZ model has a larger interior, adjustable 2nd and 3rd racks and heated with fan dry. It will hold 15 place settings where the WDT750SAKZ will only hold 13 and doesn't have the fan-assisted heat dry. We hope this helps!
