The washer implies impeller however the specs state agitator. Which is it?
Hi SmithWolfe, we apologize for the error in the specs. This unit utilizes an impeller. An impeller is a low-profile cone at the bottom of the tub that uses fins, cones, or discs to create motion. This motion pushes clothes to rub against each other, versus against an agitator, to break down dirt. We hope this helps!

Hi! Yes, this is correct. The charcoal filter is to scrub the air from the Microwave Hood that will be recirculated. Since you are venting this unit to the outside, the charcoal filter isn't needed. Hope this helps!

What's the difference between this model and the Energy Star certified WRT138FZDW?
Hi jcarter, besides not being Energy Star Certified, the WRT318FZDW has all glass shelves versus only one fixed glass shelf and the others, wire in the WRT138FZDW, also the WRT318FZDW has Easy Connect Icemaker Kit option and fingerprint-resistant finish. Hope this helps!
