I have a lot of condensation dripping from around the fresh flow and it isn’t getting cold enough even on highest setting. I chipped off a little of the styrofoam on the bottom part before reading not to remove a min ago thinking it’d help

For the WRS571CIHB01 model, the generic user manual says "To Turn off all control and dispenser sounds, press the OPTIONS button to enter Options mode, and then press OPTIONS again. When I do this, it makes a chime but I can't get it to turn the sound on

To turn all sounds back on, press the OPTIONS button to enter Options mode (unless you are already in Options mode), and then press OPTIONS again.
