Can I set this on a wooden microwave cart? The cart is heavy duty, top 22" x 29" and rolls but has locked wheels. I have a large micro on it now and it barely moves at all when I shut the door kinda hard. Also, do we need clearance on the back?
The cart you mentioned will be fine for the Breville® BOV800 Smart Oven® and yes, clearance will also be needed on the back.

Does this have a rotisserie function?
No, the Breville® BOV900 Smart Oven® Air does not have a rotisserie function.

What is the overall clearance I need if I put this oven on the countertop
For proper ventilation of the Breville® BOV845 Smart Oven® Pro, while in operation, 4 inches of space on all sides and 6 inches of space over head is required.

Will it bake puff pastry items using the trivet rather than the combi crisp pan
It would be best to use the pan for making puff pastry items in the Breville® BMO870 Combi Wave™ Microwave to ensure that the bottom of the pastry is cooked as evenly as the rest of it.

Will a 9x13 baking dish fit into the toaster oven?
