Are you able to juice fruits and vegetables with the seeds and rinds, and is the pulp dry?
The Breville® JE98XL Juice Fountain® Plus is a centrifugal juicer and juicing seeds and rinds would dull the blades very quickly and plug the nutri disc mesh. It is not recommended.

Though the Breville® Juice Fountain® Cold will keep additional heat from passing to the juice during extraction, it is usually recommended that fresh juice be consumed no later than 72 hours after extraction.

Will timer only go up to one hour?
Depending on the cooking function used, the Breville® BOV845BSS Smart Oven® Pro can have the timer adjusted up to 10 hrs.

Does this breakmaker signal after last knead you can remove the bread paddle for a more uniform bread?
Yes, there will be an alert that is sounded when the Breville® BBM800XL Custom Loaf™ is done with it's final kneading or "punch down". While the paddle can then be removed, it's not recommended to do this on Glutten Free or Yeast Free settings.

Can it bake without the convection function?
The convection option on the Breville® Smart Oven® Air is optional and can be turned off or on with a press of the Convection button.

Can this juicer do citrus??? And if so is there an attachment or do you have to peel first
The Breville® JE98XL Juice Fountain® Plus Multi can process citrus but it will need to be peeled first.
