Ensure meals are cooked evenly with this Breville the Combi Wave 3-in-1e microwave. The grill, convection oven and microwave functions provide a variety of cooking options, while the Element IQ technology precisely delivers the right cooking temperature for optimal results. This Breville the Combi Wave 3-in-1 microwave features a Power Smoothing inverter for automatic adjustment of power to enable even heat distribution.
Does the fact that the air fryer will not go lower than 400 impact usefulness? How well doe the oven function work—for warming up a casserole or baking one?
The oven function on the Breville® BMO870 Combi Wave™ Microwave works very well but warming up items would be done quicker with the microwave function. The AIR FRY function is adjustable between 400°F and 450°F and while it does not go lower, time can be adjusted to compensate for the temperature.

can this machine juice wheat grass, celery, and turmeric ginger?
The Breville® JE98 Juice Fountain® Plus can extract turmeric and ginger well. Celery needs to be watched as the fibers can very quickly clog the nutri disc and wheat grass can be extracted, however better results can be achieved from a slow or masticating juicer rather than a centrifugal one with leafy greens like wheat grass.

The height of the Breville® BES870 Barista Express™ is approximately 13.5". However the bean hopper lid will need to be lifted and removed to refill beans and, though the water tank can be removed from the back, there will need to be room to utilize the top filling lid as well.

No, the BOV860 Smart Oven Air Fryer is not WiFi connected.

Is it safe to put this oven on a butcher block surface?
There will be a high amount of heat emanated from the toaster oven. If you're surface is heat-resistant/tolerant, then you can place the oven on it.
