Does the puck always comes out extremely wet?

The pucks on the Breville® BES450 Bambino® can come out wet but there are several factors that can lead to that dampness including the coarseness of the grind, how firm the tamp is, etc.

No, the interior is not made of stainless steel. The portafilter for that model is food grade aluminum.

The Smart Oven Pro instruction manual says to "position wire rack so that the spokes face upward. WHAT AND WHERE ARE THE SPOKES IN THE WIRE RACK? THANK YOU

Do any of your ovens have interior lights?

All Breville® ovens from the BOV810 up to the BOV950 do have interior lights. However those ovens below the model number of BOV810, including the BOV670, BOV650, and BOV450 do not have an interior light.

There is no tip/trick to removing the filter baskets. The fit should loosen with time.

That cutting board is for the larger Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro. Sorry, but there is no cutting board made for the Smart Mini Toaster Oven.
