Is there no timer on the Breville smooth wave? Also, is there a way to keep the LCD clock illuminated full time?

The Breville® BMO850 Smooth Wave™ Microwave has a timer for the functions only, not a separate kitchen timer that can be used without a function being engaged. To extend the life of the LCD screen it is not designed to stay fully illuminated at all times.

How many heating elements ? Top and bottom? Does it have a fan to circulate air?

The Breville® BOV650 Smart Oven® Compact has 2 elements on the bottom and 2 elements on the top. This model does not have a convection fan.

I used the "Oven" setting with an aluminum (disposable) tray and it worked great. The OVEN setting icon is the only one ON the whole time, including while reheating. I tried "Airfry" but the "microwave " turns on too during preheating. What should I do?

Is there an option for how many ounces you want to make? Can I make a 12 or 16 oz latte, I haven’t seen it mentioned in the comments?

There is an option for the size of the espresso being brewed in the Breville® BES878 Barista™ Pro. A one cup shot (1 fl oz) or a 2 cup shot (2 fl oz). Any drinks created including additional water or frothed milk can be created to whatever size is desired based on the water or milk added to those shots.
