What is the difference with the PRO model
The Breville® BES878 Barista™ Pro has a an LCD screen, a slightly larger counter top foot print, a 2 year limited manufacturers warranty and the grind adjustment is now done via a turning knob instead of a dial as well as a few other updates.

The exterior dimensions of the Breville® BMO650 Compact Wave™ Soft Close Microwave are 19.1" (W) x 11.5" (H) x 16.4" (D). However there is a minimum of 4 inches of clearance on all sides and 8 inches above required for proper ventilation while in operation.

Does steam / condensation usually come out from side of the doors When cooking / air frying ?
Yes, depending on the items being cooked and their moisture content, steam and condensation can escape the door area of the Breville® BOV900 Smart Oven® Air during operation.

1. Can silicon mesh dehydrating sheets be used directly in the BOV 900BSS to dehydrate? 2. Would parchment paper placed directly on the Breville stainless steel mesh dehydrator tray interfere with the dehydration process? Thank you
It is not recommended that additional items be added to the Breville® BOV900 Smart Oven® Air during any function, including the DEHYDRATION function.

This Breville the Combi Wave 3-in-1 microwave features a Power Smoothing inverter for automatic adjustment of power to enable even heat distribution.
Can the grill function be used along with the oven? I don’t want to use the Fast Combi setting, as I don’t want to use the microwave feature for a particular dish.
The functions of the Breville® BMO870 Combi Wave™ are individual so one could be used then the Microwave can be switched to a different one.

Regarding the cooking frozen entree answer, when I set the appropriate time and then press "start", it goes back to 30 seconds. Does this mean it's malfunctioning?

Does it come with a cookbook with examples of each function?
No, however we do have a site with many recipes available utilizing all of our products, including the Breville® BMO870 Combi Wave™ Microwave.
