Is there a way to put the volume lower on the beeping sound? I’m talking about the beeping sound it makes when the timer is done.

Individual parts on the Breville® BJE430 Juice Fountain® Cold do not have any type of warranty but we can offer replacement or purchase of spares should they be desired.

What is the max. temperature this oven can reach in "convection oven" mode? (Specifically, does it go to 450-degrees? ... 425-degrees?) And how long does it take to preheat to its max. temp?
The Breville® BMO870 Combi Wave™ Microwave, depending on the function, can heat to 450°F. The length of time for heating to that maximum temperature is very dependent upon the ambient temperature of the room but it would not take more than a few minutes.

Does the oven rotate when it operates as a convection oven? I.e., since it lists the interior dimensions as "9"(H)x 13"(W)x 13"(D)" It would accommodate a 13x9" baking pan ... unless it is required to rotate when baking.
No, the Breville® BMO870 Combi Wave™ Microwave does not rotate while in convection mode.
