How the dirty water exit out? Is it thru the same hose?

No, the two water lines going to the dishwasher. One is the fresh supply line and one is the drain line. Both connect to the fitting that connects to the kitchen faucet. That fitting is divided to direct the fresh water to the dishwasher. The dirty water empty's out the bottom of the same fitting.
