Have you tried refreshing the Bluetooth? After turning it on and off, press the soundbar button and hold for 3 seconds.

Prior to pairing, make sure your phone has the Bluetooth turned on. Turn on the soundbar and use the bluetooth on your phone to search for the soundbar. You should see the soundbar appear as “LG LAS465B (XX) /LG SH3K (XX)”. If your device needs a PIN, enter 0000, and when it is paired, you should see the BLUETOOTH j, LED light up. Try to make sure the phone and soundbar are in close proximity, and only one device can be paired at a time. Also some equipment, including microwaves may interfere with the pairing.
