I bought a Tracphone minute airtime card from Walmart, via e-mail. There are no instructions on how to retrieve the minutes...no pin number, no nothing! If anyone knows how to do this, I'd very much appreciate your time and help. Thanks, Pat from Cal

After your purchase, you should have received two emails, a purchase confirmation, and then a bit later one from Walmartonline, with your PIN information. If you did not receive the second email, search for walmart e-delivery group, and follow the instructions to retrieve your information.
