My tv is not a 4k tv but it supports 4k (4k videos on youtube can be watched). If i buy the ps4 pro can i get the 4k resolution from my tv or not?

Since the TV is not 4K it will not output video in that resolution. Instead, 1080p will be used.

Just got this TV from BB on 9-17-17 and I can't get Chrome Browser or set up PIA VPN, it won't side load and I tried from a USB and that's a no go also. Can anyone tell me how to do it? Picture is fantastic and streaming works great but

With Android TV, use the microphone search and say Launch Chrome. If this doesn't start the install, it must be initiated from Google Play from a web browser on another device such as a desktop. It is not possible to setup VPN on this TV.
