Does this actually have a reverse camera and GPS. I'm buying a car and I want to install if the car I buy doesn't have these features.

It has GPS. A back-up camera can be purchased and installed separately.

I purchased a new platinum mini k15 classic it didn't have a water guide at all not even the place it would snap onto so I returned it And I ordered a mint green one just got it and no water guide either what's the deal with that?

Since this is a single serve brewer, it doesn't really have a reservoir. You add the desired amount of water per cup of coffee. Some models do have a hash mark for the brew size on the left rear of the area where you pour water.
