I have a iPhone 4s and my current carrier says that the phone is locked and that I need a sim card from tracfone and with my current providers directions I can unlock my phone. Is this the sim card that they are talking about? I asked a couple days ago and you said to go to tracfoneBV@tracfone.com for help but my PC says that address doesn't exist.... very confused please help.
