Is the freezer frost-free and does it keep the contents frozen?

I see that other fridges are specifically described as frost-free, including the freezer-only models. Just can't imagine why this feature would be left off of any freezer.

There were a few comments stating the ice cream & other contents were not freezing! Wouldn't that be corrected for those with this issue?
This unit has an auto/cycle defrost and the top freezer offers a freezer temperature control that can be adjusted to keep the contents frozen.
