Will it record/overwrite on unfinished DVD+RW discs from another manufacturer?

Can the Toshiba record and/or overwrite unfinished DVD+RW discs recorded on another manufacturer's VCR/DVD player/recorder? My previous VCR/DVD player/recorder from another manufacturer recorded on DVD+RW discs. I got a lot of use out of it before it went kaput. Their new product only records with DVD-RW discs. I have a lot of DVD+RW discs in various stages of completion. I use the six hour format most of the time. These discs are not finalized. Assuming this Toshiba product can play these discs, will it record on the unfinished parts of the discs and will it overwrite parts I want to reuse? Of course, this is a moot point if it only plays finalized discs from other manufacturers.

No, this will only work with discs that have not been finalized during the burning process.

Is this the 3G version?

They make two versions...one being Bluetooth only meaning your phone has to be in range of the watch in order to take calls and a second entirely different version that has 3G built in. With the built in 3G version you can leave your actual phone behind. I'm looking strictly for the 3G version so I can jog etc without having to take my phone with me but still receive calls 'on the same number', thanks.
