Video ram messed up?

I bought this laptop thinking the 4gb ram would give it 512mb of dedicated video ram, because my old computer had that and it wasn't even that good of one. So I look at the laptop and it only has 128mb of vram? How do I change this to at least 512mb?

The amount of RAM dedicated to video can only be changed by adding additional RAM. When more RAM is added, the VRAM will increase.
