Do these come with the head jack adaptor ?
It does come with a 1/8 in. (3.5mm) connector. An adapter may be need if you want to use in a different size audio port .

Can I turn caption on?

Can I turn on caption to have subtitles displayed at the bottom of the screen. Are the letters clear enough to read from a distance?
Yes it does have closed captioning and you should be able to read them from a standard viewing distance .
