As per Bill's comment, does this model come with a "smart" remote that is easy to use? We are low tech seniors and would greatly appreciate having a remote that is easy to use.

This has one optical audio out port and does not have Bluetooth. You will receive a remote control.

How do I transfer the pictures that are saved to my sd card to phone using the WiFi? I tried copying the pictures off the ad card to the camera but the camera only has enough memory to hold 4pictures and I have 200+ on the ad card

You can transfer your pictures to a PC and then to your mobile via cable connection.
