How does this difference from the S6?

Are there any specs or cosmetics, besides the hard shell, that differ from the regular S6? The side buttons appear to be like the S5 & S4, and level. Unlike the new S6, where off button is awkwardly placed.

The audio in port is for connecting a computer to the television and having sound through the television.
