What class SD card do I need?

I have been trying to use a 4gb class 4 (C4) card and it reads sd card error after a couple minutes of recording. With a UHS1 32gb sandisk I can easily record 5 minutes of 4k without issues.

These SD cards are recommended, SanDisk Extreme PLUS UHS-I 16GB (SDSDQX-016G-A46A - 16GB), Samsung Pro UHS-I 16GB (MB-MG16DA/AM) and SanDisk Extreme PLUS UHS-I 32GB (SDSDQX-032G-A46A - 32GB).

I am wondering if the grilling element could be a burn hazard. We don't have any experience with a heating element in the microwave, and have concerns about our children using the microwave if this is a possibility. Is it just like an conventional oven's heating element?
