i have this synced with my bluetooth home phone, how do i make and receive calls? the directions are more geared towards it being synced with a cell.

i have tried to make and receive calls on my home phone while wearing this blue tooth and have been unsuccessful. i do have it synced and that was easy. i purchased the home phone with bluetooth and this headset as i was recently approved to work from home.
This product does not work with home phones. It uses Bluetooth.
