Will this model fit under a standard size kitchen counter?

I have seen two different sets of measurements for this model. One stating it is 34.44" to top of door hinge and then the measurement of 32.6" given on this website. Which is correct? I want it to fit under the counter (but not be built-in).

The exact height is 33 11/16". This beverage center requires 5'' of space in the back for ventilation.
