How much weight can the TV mount hold?

I see one of the answers to a previously asked question says 135#, but it specifies for the top shelf. What about the TV mount, how much weight can the TV mount hold? I have a fairly old LCD, Samsung LN52A650 52 inch and wanna make sure this stand will hold the TV.
The stand is only capable of holding televisions to 50 inches.
