My other Sony cameras had "Image Stabilization" works well with my super zoom 300, this has AutoFocus but specs do not say it has image stabilization

Does this camera have a built in auto focus motor?

I keep reading that this camera does not have an auto focus motor. Does this mean that the lenses must have the motor? I currently have an Olympus and every lens I have used with it will auto focus great. Will I run into problems with this camera with autofocus on some lenses and if so, what type of lens would I be looking for?

What does the USB cable plug into?

This item says it comes with a five-foot USB cable (to plug it into something). What, exactly, do both ends plug into (the back of the webcam, itself, and then into the back of the monitor? or, the back of the webcam and then into the hard-drive?). I'm asking so that, before purchasing, I will know if the five-foot cable will be long enough or if I also need to order a longer cable. If I need a longer cable, do I just buy something on the website that says it's a USB cable? Is that all I need to know? Thank you so, so much for any guidance you can give a webcam illiterate soul (smile).

One end of the USB cable connects to your laptop or computer tower and the other end to the web cam also five foot cable is an ideal length. However, if you would like to purchase you can purchase cable that mentions USB in the web site.
