Can I download programs such as IMVU and Photoshop?

I plan on buying a new laptop by the end of the week. I'd rather not wait until Black Friday to try and get one because of the lines and I have to be at work the following morning. I know that you can't download these programs on a Chromebook so I was just making sure that this one wasn't the same way.

This laptop will be able to run IMVU and Photoshop.

Is the hard drive user upgradeable to a full SSD?

Can the hard drive be upgraded to a full SSD by end users? Does the smaller form factor make this too difficult?

The hard drive is not user accessible, so it cannot be upgraded to a full SSD.
