It is not set up for use with the S Health App. The smartwatch has 4GB storage for music, pictures and videos. Music can be played through a Bluetooth device.

Does the Vizio P series 65" TV have Bluetooth capabilities? If not, how can I set up my Bluetooth speakers to enable me to use for sound in the TV?
The TV on its own does not support Blue tooth. Yet it can be hooked up with the inputs.
