i7 4500U or 4510U??

In "Overview", in "Product Features", they've put that it's core i7 4510u. However, they've put in "Specifications" it's 1.8 ghz with 3MB cache just like the core i7 4500u instead of 2ghz that comes with the core i7 4510u. (check http://ark.intel.com/compare/81015,75460 )
So which one of the 2 cores comes with this laptop??
This laptop comes with an Intel 4th generation Core i7, clocked at 1.8GHz, but can be clocked up to 3GHz.

Can you transfer new files weekly to this external hard drive
