You can see that there is a section on the "overview" tab called "free bonus item" where a 16gb memory card and a camera bag are located. Does this mean that if i order this camera i will also get these 2 items?

The Surface 2 & 3 are similar however the Surface 3 is the newest generation. The Surface 3 is slimmer in size and has a larger screen. You cannot make regular phone calls with this device, however you can utilize apps such as Skype to place calls.
