Is the Windows License downgradable to Windows 7?

I am considering this computer for Windows Media Center which runs better on Windows 7 64bit and is not available for Windows 8.1 without upgrade to 8.1 Professional with Pro Pack. Does the Dell OEM license allow me to downgrade to Windows 7 64 bit Home or Professional without any additional cost?

You will have to purchase a copy of Windows 7 if you want to downgrade.

The backup program (NTI Backup Now EZ) ONLY runs as you configure it. The program is off by default. So you can use the Convio just a external storage if you want.

You can uninstall Windows 8 and reinstall Windows 7.
