I understand the question. Can you type text using a QWERTY keyboard which was available on the 1st Gear S?

It has both voice text and QWERTY keyboard. Whichever you prefer. Since it is so small, the voice is probably easier, but it does have both.

I don't believe so. Even though this has the option of having its own phone number, I believe that this is going to be a full purchase. You would have to check with your carrier to make sure, but probably not.

I am planning to buy this card for my tablet, but not sure if it would work.

As long as your tab E has a slot for the additional memory then it should work. I have the Tab S so can't say for sure about the Tab E

I do not believe that this will work with your Samsung note 3 as it does not have wireless charging unit. I believe you can get an extra accessory to add to the note 3 will let you do wireless charging. Not sure where you would get that but without it will not be able to use this with the note 3 and have it charge.
