Great headphones, but ear fitment can be an issue

I've been using these headphones for a couple of months now and overall, they've been great. The sound quality is excellent, the bluetooth connection is solid, and the volume buttons on the wire are very handy. The battery life is also pretty impressive. I've never been able to drain it and I can go on several runs in a row without needing to worry about charging it.
My only criticisms are that the ear fit can be an issue for some people. I am one of those people. I've tried all 3 of the different earpiece sizes and actually wound up using 2 different sizes for left and right because my ears are weird. The right side still wiggles loose most of the time when i'm running, but it doesn't ever fall out completely. So the sound quality suffers a bit in that ear and it gets some wind noise, but it's mostly manageable. The left side ear is a solid fit. If you're going to use these in an active way, the over-ear method is a must.
It's probably also worth noting that the headphones have great controls but they don't work in all apps. The play/pause and skip buttons don't work to control the music in my running app, for example.

Are the earpieces magnetic?

I was reading a review for another brand, and the earpieces were magnetic so that the user could wear them around the neck like a necklace when not in use and this would put them in standby mode to preserve battery life. Does anyone know if these have that feature?
These headphones do not have that feature. I tend to drape them over my neck when I'm not using them at the moment and they generally stay in place. It's by no means a secure way of wearing them, though.
