We have always been Nexus Tablet desciples, and in fact have bought 6-8 of them for self and family members.
This one was for granddaughter to replace Nexus that had gotten slow.
This one works better/faster than the Nexus! It's fast....easy to use; perfect tablet for a child or teenager...and can't beat the price!
Very pleased with purchase....
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Ease of use right out of the box; complete info onscreen
What's not so great: Wish there were more "voice" choices, and that they all included street names.
This is everything I needed it to be; wide screen graphics that accommodates full and complete info at a glance. Would prefer more choices for "voice," expecially one that would be a "male" voice.
Positives far outweigh any minimal negatives. Great Deal...Great Product.

Garmin - nüvi 50LM GPS with Lifetime Map Updates, want to purchase, how do I get notified of new maps updates

You simply go to the website indicated....and check for any updates via usb cord included. If there is, it will update. I believe it's twice a year.
