You will have to toast hotdogs twice to get them hot on the inside. My kids love the taste. It makes the kitchen smell like we are cooking hotdogs outside on a bbq grill.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is there a way to adjust the bun toasting settings?
No, there is one setting button that controls the whole inside just like a bread toaster.

cleaning

I see it has a slide out fro crumbs but how do you clean the hot dog roaster?
You can wipe the top, but just like a bread toaster you can't "clean" the internal parts that do the toasting.
