My wife used by securing it to the dash in a sloped, textured plastic area. She attached a Iphone 8+ and watched movies to and from Tahoe. (5 hour drive one way). The was a week ago, It worked flawlessly and is still attached.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WILL THIS HOLD AN IPhone 7 PLUS WITH AN OTTER CASE? DOES IT SWIVEL AS WELL AS ROTATE 360 AND TILT BACK AND FORTH?

It fit my wifes Iphone 8+ which is in a case, any device less then 3.5 inches should work. It rotates and tilts.
