Looked great in 4K and was worth $10 at Black Friday price but would have felt disappointed if I had bought when released or at normal 4K pricing.

Geek squad set up and it usually works well unless something auto shuts off if you fall asleep while watching. Then remote gets confused as it thinks items are all on but the receiver auto shut off. Then you have to shut everything off then back on to continue as normal. Also cable company Dvr no longer turns on off without using cable remote. I would of given this 3.5 Stars but you can’t. Rounded up since it works well most of the time. While it was convenient having geek squad set up I will need to figure out things and reset the dvr remote at sometime.

Metal Grinding and two strikes you are out

First one arrived and upon second load sounded like a metal grinder. Went through tech support, may tag was useless contacted Best Buy. Long story hours later told they would re-order (on back order). They set us up with store model for meantime (good intentions). New one did the same thing and the washer grinded the plastic pan under our washer on the second floor of our house for the just in case it leaks. No good with hole. Hours days later switched to a GE lower model. So far so good. We really thought the extra for a Maytag would pay for itself in quality. All that heard the video didn't feel the noise wasn't the sounds of normal agitating of wash. Seeing the hole in the plastic pan under the washer said all I needed to know. Possibly these need to be installed differently, possibly the back order status was an indication of the issue at hand. We will never now but we were very very disappointed with the Maytag after watching all of their commercials over the years boasting their products. 1 product lemon, 2nd product with same issue . ... . . . ..

I got a 5 star resolution but not without issues. At the low of my service experience we were at a 3 star rating but Apple never gave up. Customer service rep after customer service rep but they got me the items needed to resolve my issue and get all items transferred and up and running. Since Apple didn't give up I balanced the 3 star low with the 5 star outcome to give them the 4 stars. I have dealt with other companies customer service who could not resolve my issue, could not understand representative. Apple didn't give up until all was resolved. Better to have AppleCare then to be in need of it and not have it.

Issues weren't with the computer itself just the transfer of my programs/data from time machine from a mac mini to the new computer. It took some doing a lot of support from Apple Care. As with all company's customer service is as good as the person you are connected to. Apple service is not as outsourced as some but its not without the issues. After a few weeks we were able to get programs, files, and settings transferred over to new computer and I was on the way with the new computer. Computer itself has been running well.

Last Black Friday I purchased the first two tower speakers for my family room for the our main front two channels. These prior back speakers were great (or so I thought) until I had hooked up these. The Hobbit had an entire new dynamic of surround sound (the Nascar Races turn it up segments are enough to make the neighbors think twice.). I am very happy with these line of speakers and the best buy 50% off at Black Friday Pricing!

I didn't feel like my existing sub woofer had the impact it used to. Well I was correct as this one exceeds it from a good solid bass to a ground breaking bass that will shake the pictures off the wall at the height of a good action movie.

I like the soft touch of this particular keyboard and the additional support provided on the front of the keyboard. This is my second purchase of this keyboard as my work keyboard/mouse recently went and I have had this particular keyboard for over a year without any issue. The mouse also has a great feature where you can change the wheel from free scrolling to controlled scrolling at the click of a button. You can quickly scroll through long spreadsheets and then quickly scroll in a controlled manner. The mouse is of a normal weight (slightly more than some) and fits the contour of your hand for a day at the mouse/key board.

I am looking for a wireless mouse and keyboard combo, with a backlit keyboard. If this item is not backlit, can you recommend one that is?
This keyboard is not backlit; I like backlit keyboards but can't suggest one as I can't justify the additional expenses for the lights.
