This is my first front load washer and after LOTS of research, I am so very happy I purchased this one! The drum size is very large (much bigger than my old extra-large top-load washer). I was a little intimidated by all the selection buttons, but it is actually very simple to use and even remembers your last load settings so you don't have to select each time! This washer runs so whisper quiet I had to watch it for awhile to make sure it was even running ha ha. My kids absolutely love that it plays a little tune when the washer has completed its cycle and is shutting down. Eh...who's kidding who...I enjoy it too :-)

Does the washer come with the water hoses- both for hot water and cold ?

I was told that the stainless steel hoses were a required additional purchase, however, the washer DOES come with black hoses.
