We were having an intertainment issue, the DVD player in the bedroom quite and its on an older tv with no hdmi connection so this worked out perfect I have movies streamed over wifi to devise that hooks to my tv!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I don't know how much you can really say about a wireless mouse, but it was very easy to setup and use. It works great with the laptop we got it for, and it's just the right size.

This is one of the best bang for your buck buys I have made in a while. The only drawback I found, and you will have this with any computer you buy, laptop or desktop, is there are a bunch of file updates you need to do after setting it up. It has a great picture and is very user friendly, despite having windows 8.1!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Roku stick- can not get it to connect

I called Roku and the representative had me try many things, none of which worked. He said that the Roku couldn't be more than 25 feet from the router. Any farther than that and he said it wouldn't pick up a signal. When I bought this product at Best Buy, I was told it was very easy to use. All that I have read says it is easy to use and no where have I seen it mentioned that you have to be so close to your router. Some people say that they have five Roku in their homes, so they couldn't all be within 25 feet of the router, could they? I really want this to work so that I can get rid of my cable. Has anyone else had this problem? I have Verizon fios high speed internet.
I have U-Verse and my Roku is on the second floor and running with no problems

Can I use it to get Netflix?

Yes! Along with many other things... VuDu, YouTube, I think Red Box is even on it.

Do I purchase a HDMI cable to connect an older TV to Roku 1?

The back of the TV has red, yellow, white connections.
This Roku is the RCA jack style, no HDMI connection

Does the player have storage capability to avoid continuous buffering by my very slow internet connection?

There is no storage, but it does NOT keep buffering. Once it loads everything works great!

AMD Radeon R5 Specifics?

So what are the Radeon R5 specifics exactly?, there apparently are a number of divisions to the R5 line so which is the exact make for this laptop?
This has the AMD Radeon R5 M200, not the best video card AMD has, but the picture is still great.
