I have a 32" Samsung LED TV on a Sanus wall mount, with a FiOS box on a Sanus shelf below it. My wife didn't want to see ANY wires. This wiremold kit was a great solution. It's high-quality and easy to install. The hole saw cut through the drywall in seconds. The "fish-pole" worked well in pulling power wires and coax through the openings. NOTE: it takes a little finger strength to pop the cover rings off, but they're certainly well constructed. The top hole is hidden behind our TV; the bottom hole is just above the baseboard, behind a clothes hamper. No wires can be seen anywhere.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Instructions were excellent. I mounted it to a wooden studs using the long screws provided. I have a 32" Samsung LED TV mounted on it; no problems. Hinges are just tight enough to hold the TV wherever I move it, but hinge tension can be adjusted if necessary. Sleek, unobstrusive, strong... this mount will do the job.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Instructions were good, but they could have emphasized how snug the top cover was; it took a minute before I realized that a LOT of pull was necessary to pop it off. But that's a good thing, as you'll realize when cramming many wires into it! I have a heavy Sony DVD player and a FiOS set top box on the shelf; no issues. And you really can hide all wires in the cable guide; invisible from the front.

I've been buying mostly Samsung products for years, except phones (Windows Phone) and appliances (KitchenAid). Other than that, all electronics are Samsung. I've bought 2 LCD TV's previously and both still have excellent picture quality. This is my first LED TV, and the picture is even better than the LCD. None of my 3 Samsung TV's have ever needed service. I see no reason to buy any other brand.

Can I buy an adapter for my sanus tilt wallmount the hole pattern is farther apart on my new tv and I do not want to take this mount down

I had a similar situation, and was puzzled for a minute. All new TV's (and computer monitors) have a standard 4-bolt pattern, so what's up?
The answer is that there are 2 extension arms included with the kit! I think if you mount them first, you'll be see how it all fits together.
NOTE: the instructions don't tell you this.
Nonetheless, it's a good kit.

I have a steel studded wall !

I have a steel studded wall, so wall mount into studs is not possible. Can I use butterfly bolts into drywall. TV is a 32" Vizio
I would strongly recommend you don't try it.
The kit is very good when installed as directed, but the mount gets a lot of stress at the wall, simply because you have a heavy TV on the end of a long arm; the leverage is working against you.
It's not worth risking your walls, your TV, or your safety, if it suddenly lets go.
Contact a drywall contractor for suggestions on an inexpensive alternative; don't just ask the guy at the hardware store. You can probably still perform the final installation yourself.
In any case, the kit itself is high quality.

Safe to put wires behind wall?

Would a wiring inspector or electrician recommend placing the provided wires behind a closed off wall? Doesn't seem up to code.
You're safe. This product is UL listed, and the "wire in the wall" is part of the product itself. The wire in the kit is probably higher quality than the Romex in your house!
You plug your own power cord into the bottom receptacle, and plug your TV / Cable box into the top. NOTE: you'll need a small power splitter, or multi-socket pigtail at the top, unless you're only plugging in one thing. In my case, I needed power for TV, FiOS box and DVD, so I got a 3-way splitter.
I would highly recommend this kit.

can you use this with an articulating wall mounted tv?

Yes. I installed mine behind a Sanus "Full-Motion" TV Wall Mount (fully articulating). Just make sure and leave a little slack from the outlet to the mount arm, so it doesn't stretch or pinch when the arms are fully extended. Suggestion: make a 'service-loop' of cable about 4" diameter, then tie-wrap it to the arm. That way the loop expands like a spring coil, rather than stretching. Similar to the icemaker water line behind your refrigerator.
