Has all the features you expect from flagship phone. Large screen with small bezel. Can still use with one hand. Buttons on back takes getting used to. Camera takes quality pictures. Battery is above average and you can squeeze a full day out of it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

All-around great phone and upgrade over previous iPhone's. Bigger screen to see more and see better. Camera captures quality pictures. Large library of apps allows for endless entertainment, messaging, facetime, and real work. Bluetooth is very stable and just works with headsets and in cars. Oh, and you can make phone calls with it too!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can I use this phone with other carrier, like t-mobile?

After you unlock it, only then you can use it with T-Mobile or ANY international SIM Cards.

Without unlocking it, it will only work with AT&T SIM cards/service.

Yes it will work, since it is an AT&T phone. Just move the SIM card over.

What is the full retail price of this phone without contract?

Why is everyone saying $199 is on contract, or has this been updated? What is the full retail price then?
Most likely a typo. It should be $199 NO CONTRACT (full price).
