This product is a must have... The bass will have your whole house shaking even on the lowest setting...I know my neighbors hate me. HEHE!

This product comes with all possible ways to connect and the cords needed to do so. You won't have to buy one. Plus if you have a flat screen you just connect it to the Tv and the sound from your game console will play through the surround sound....it comes with a optic cable, HDMI cable and even coaxial cable...plus Bluetooth!

Is this the best Surround Sound System for a Viziv 60' E seris

Yes its perfect...I have a 60" vizio...you won't regret it..Not to sure on the best BlueRay cause I just use my PlayStation... plus if you have smartphone or tablet you can connect it to bluetooth and play your music...

How can I change the subwoofer settings?

The subwoofer is really loud compared to the audio. I have read other reviews and this seems to be a known issue with this model. Is there a way to lower the subwoofer bass so that it is an acceptable volume?
Yes, on the remote you have to scroll through the options until you find subwoofer and press the + or - sign to adjust the level...you can know the level by the lights on the sound bar...Or put it into night mode.
