When I first got it, it had felt bulky in my hand. Once I used it over several days I got used to it. I use it to play games and it is pin-point accurate. It comes with a wire to put the USB for wireless near your mouse so you don't have to worry about other wireless components interfering with the relay of your mouse.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Would anyone recommend this mouse?

I would, I have had it for a couple months and haven't had a issue. I'm still using the battery that comes with it and I play a lot of games with it that requires constant mouse movement.
