What's great about it: Service
What's not so great: Item Selected
The service was great; however, the adapter offered and purchased was not suitable for the Dell Latitude E6520. It would not charge the Dell battery when hooked up. I purchased a new Dell battery as suggested by the agent, and upon hooking up the adapter to charge the battery, I was given the message that the adapter would not charge. After several attempts and leaving it all night, I gave up.
The agent was agreeable to the return of the purchased adapter and I appreciated the help.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Will the Rockfish RF-AC9021 adapter work with a Dell 14 laptop?

It did not work on my Dell Latitude E6520. I purchased a Dell adapter online for about the same price.
