No issues with setup. Streams fine with netflix and sling tv. Side loaded KODI with no issues. Good Device.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Will Kodi run faster on the box vs the Fire stick?

I have Kodi on the Fire stick but would it run faster if I used the box instead?
Yes it would. 4gb ram vs 2gb ram. Quad core 1.7ghz vs Dual core processor 1.0ghz.
