This is a LED back-light TV with an LCD screen. Good picture and decent blacks when you consider the price point for this TV. I purchased this for less than $500. The sound system is only average but this is more than suitable for a bedroom TV.

One of best films you will ever see and possibly the greatest cast at their peak for a film when you consider who was in the film (Bruce Willis, Samuel L. Jackson, John Travolta, Uma Thurman, Harvey Keitel, Tim Roth, Steve Buscemi, Christopher Walken, among others).
There are so many details in this film that you will have countless debates with other people who have seen and truly appreciate this piece of work from Tarantino. This is a must watch film no matter how many times you have seen it.

I originally saw this on Netflix and thought to myself that this seems to be an excellent ripoff of The Raid. Only when I looked into this film further did I realize that the script was written before the Raid.
Karl Urban was spot-on as Dredd and truly carried the film as the title character who acts as an emotionless lawman who cares for nothing but the law. There were also a number of good performances by the supporting characters and an exciting climax to the film. Excellent visual effects throughout and the Blu-Ray quality is excellent on a large screen TV.
