It works good and is pretty comfortable. Easy to adjust and doesn't squeeze your head. I'm sure there are more expensive headsets out there that may be better, but for the price this is a good one
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can I plug this into my laptop?

if there are 2 little round ports to plug the mic and headphone connectors in on your laptop then yes it should work. On my computer these ports are marked with a little icon for a mic and headset so you know which ones are for which.
