Why won't the headset hold a charge?

Have you charged the earpiece too much? Over charging it will kill the battery quickly.

Is it comparable with two phones simultaneously?

I carry 2 phones, 1 for work and 1 for personal use, and I need one blue tooth that will sync with both phones.
